Turnaround

We will do our utmost to meet your turnaround requirements. Urgent retention can be completed quickly, including same day dispatch for Essix retainers and 24 turnaround for Hawley retainers. Removable appliances can be manufactured in one week or less, and heat cure appliances require a two week turnaround. More urgent cases can usually be completed, just contact us to confirm.

Payment and Invoicing

You will be sent a comprehensive invoice detailing all jobs completed at the start of each month. Payment is expected within one month, via cheque or BACS bank transfer. For high volume clients, a negotiable discount may be available. To be eligible for this discount, payment is expected in a timely manner and the volume of work must be maintained.
